PGH opened in Main Place Mall in 2016 as a pet grooming salon and pet hotel under one roof. Dogs and cats come for a professional groom, stay the night in their own air-conditioned room, or do both. Every visit ends the same way: a happier pet and a calmer pet parent.
Scene 02 — The transformation
Walks in scruffy.
A PGH groom is more than a haircut. Nails, ears, paw pads, anal glands, a proper bath, a careful dry and a tidy finish. Your groomer checks skin and coat as they go and tells you what they found.

Nails cut and filed, ears cleared, pads and sanitary areas shaved, anal glands expressed. The parts most owners can't do at home.
03Bath, massage, dry
A proper wash with the right shampoo for the coat, a massage while lathering, then a careful blow dry and brush out. Medicated or coat treatments are available as add-ons.
04Trim, style, home
Basic grooms tidy the face and paws. Shave and scissor services add a whole-body cut or a hand-scissored style. You get a report on skin and coat and a very pleased pet.

Scene 04 — The stay
Going away? They'll be tucked in.
The PGH pet hotel is a row of private, air-conditioned rooms inside a mall with 24-hour security. Every guest gets their own space, supervised play-zone time at no extra charge, and rooms disinfected twice a day. Ask for updates and the team sends photos on WhatsApp.
Spacious individual rooms
Every guest has their own air-conditioned, glass-fronted room with a bed, bowls and, for cats, litter and a scratching tree.
Play zone, no extra charge
Supervised time out of the room to stretch, sniff and socialise.
Disinfected twice a day
Rooms are cleaned and disinfected morning and evening, with UV sterilising light.
Strict flea, tick and mite control
Prevention is compulsory on check-in so every guest stays protected.
24-hour security
Main Place Mall is guarded around the clock. Staff also have CCTV monitoring.
Updates while you are away
Ask for photo or video updates on WhatsApp and the team will send them during the stay.
VIP pick-up jockey area
Drop off and collect at the mall's jockey area for a quick, calm handover.
Day care
Same rooms and play time without the overnight. Cats RM15, dogs RM35 per day, collect by 8pm.
Scene 05 — The people
Hands that know when to slow down.
Grooming a nervous pet is as much patience as technique. The PGH team works one pet at a time on the table, reads the animal, and stops to reassure before they continue. Customers mention the same things in their reviews: friendly, patient, and honest about what they found on the skin and coat.
Owners are told about mats, hotspots, ticks or dental issues at pick-up so you can act on them. Dental scaling is carried out by a visiting animal dentist, anaesthesia-free, and only after a wellness check.
